A1. Grinding chamber: Channel steel frame, ultra-thick grinding chamber, sturdy and durable.
A2. Grinding mechanism: This is the core part of the PVC mill, including the spindle, cutterhead, movable knife and fixed knife, etc. The spindle is equipped with precision bearings to drive the cutterhead to rotate. The movable knife rotates at high speed driven by the cutterhead and is tangent to the fixed knife, causing the incoming materials to collide strongly and grind them into powder.
A3. Feeding mechanism: Responsible for feeding the materials to be ground into the grinding mechanism.
A4. Grinding roller distance adjustment mechanism: used to adjust the distance between grinding rollers to adapt to different materials and grinding needs.
A5. Automatic control mechanism: used to control various actions of the grinding mill, such as starting, stopping, adjusting the rolling distance of the grinding roller, etc.
A6. Transmission mechanism: transmits power to the grinding mechanism and drives the spindle and cutterhead to rotate.
A7. Cleaning device: used to clean the dust and residue generated during the grinding process.
In addition, the BEISU grinding mill also has a closed design, using its own air volume and air pressure to collect the prepared powder without dust leakage. At the same time, the PVC mill is also equipped with automatic feeding, automatic discharging and automatic sorting systems, which greatly reduces labor intensity.
