High speed industrial plastic mixer is very suitable for mixing, coloring and drying of various resins such as poly, PE, PP, PVC, polypropylene, and polyvinyl chloride; in the PVC extrusion industry, it is used for the compounding of PVC resin and other materials, such as: plastic extrusion production pvc ceiling, pvc pipe, pvc board, pvc profile, pvc granulation, etc.
The system includes automatic feeding batching mixing pneumatic conveying system, vacuum conveying system, etc. It is especially suitable for automatic weighing, mixing and conveying of all powders and chemical additives to plastic extruders. It has the advantages of high automation, no dust and high efficiency; it is actually used in PVC plastic extrusion industries such as PVC wall panels, PVC pipes, window profiles, and SPC floors.
Structure for industrial plastic mixer:
A1: Vacuum Conveyor and Dust Collector: This system is designed for automatic feeding of multiple extruders. The storage and transportation of materials are carried out in closed stainless steel containers and pipes. Take some dust removal measures to effectively prevent dust pollution and keep the workshop clean.
The control system adopts imported PLC control, and the main electrical components adopt imported brand-name products to ensure long-term, reliable and efficient operation of the entire system. The control system can automatically or semi-automatically complete the entire feeding process.
The simulation screen can display the running status of each part of the system in real time through the indicator lights, and can flash the alarm to the faulty part to attract the operator’s attention. The extruder adopts a combination of vacuum feeding and screw feeding. The silo is equipped with two level gauges.
When the material level meter shows lack of material, the feeder automatically works to fill the material in the large silo into the small silo. When the material level meter shows that the material is full, the feeder will stop working and temporarily stop feeding. In order to ensure the normal and continuous operation of the extruder, a small hopper of 50L is added above the extruder, and is equipped with a liquid level gauge. If any one of the six level gauges shows lack of material, the screw feeder will automatically start to work and start feeding, until all six level gauges light up to indicate that the material is full, the screw feeder will stop working;
if When a material level meter is short of material, the screw feeder will start to work again, and the whole feeding process will run automatically under the control of PLC.
A2: Pneumatic conveying systems: Pressure conveying systems are best suited for conveying products over long distances from one feed point to multiple conveying points. Since the product has to be transported at atmospheric pressure, a lock or pressure vessel is required. The product is transported at atmospheric pressure, but is simpler.
A3: Pipe Chain Conveyor: It is suitable for continuous conveying of powder, granule and small block materials in a closed pipe ring. Horizontal and vertical slanted or combined layouts are possible. Typical applications include those dusty bulk solids conveyed in plastics.
