SHR-1200L plastic granulation mixer is mainly used in conjunction with the high-filling masterbatch filling granulation production line, and is applied to the blending and modification of PP polypropylene + calcium carbonate and talcum powder.
Technical features and advantages of PP mixer machine:
A1: The inner wall of the heating mixer pot of the PP mixer is made of δ6mm SUS304 stainless steel. The inner surface of the pot is smooth and hard, and it is not easy to adhere to the raw materials. It also has the characteristics of high wear resistance, high corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance.
A2: The cover of the PP mixer is made of ZL102 cast aluminum and polished. The cap is light and easy to open.
A3: The mixer bottom of the PP mixer is made of δ6-10mm SUS304 stainless steel. The stirring blade is made of ZG1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel and polished.
A4: The cover of the PP mixer is opened by pneumatic equipment. The material in the mixer is cooled by water circulation. The main shaft of the heating mixer is operated with deep groove ball bearings, which is reliable and stable.
A5: The main shaft seal of the PP mixer adopts frame oil seals of different specifications and sizes. The heated mixer spindle is fitted with an air seal.
A6: The motor and gearbox of the PP mixer are connected by a belt to ensure reliable work and avoid overload.
A7: The stirring device of the PP mixer is equipped with a safety protection device to ensure the safety of the operator.
