The raw material of polyvinyl chloride is in powder form. If it is produced by a single screw extruder, it must be mixed and granulated in advance, which increases the production process.
Therefore, the current production of PVC powder directly uses a conical twin-screw extruder for mixing and molding. When designing or selecting the extruder screw for PVC pipe extruder machine, its structure and parameters should consider the heat-sensitive performance of PVC (especially rigid PVC).

Operating Regulations of Plastic Pipe Production Line:
1. Turn on the power supply, turn on the host, set the process temperature of the co-extrusion machine, turn on the temperature control host, the co-extrusion machine will heat up, turn on the feeder and the dryer.
2. Install the sizing sleeve, shaped spray flange, sealing gasket, etc. for the production pipe specifications.
3. According to the production pipe specifications, install the Huff block of the cutting machine and adjust the position of the knife.
4. Install the traction tube and adjust the position of the tug.
5. Adjust the center position of the production line.
6. Connect water, electricity and gas.
7. Add water to the vacuum box and spray box to the specified position.
8. Adjust the water curtain of the sizing sleeve to make the water flow evenly.
9. The temperature of the die head reaches the set temperature, and the die and heart die are replaced.
10. Adjust the gap between the die and the mandrel, the left and right are the same, the upper part is slightly larger than the lower part.
11. Saw the traction pipe connection oblique opening
12. Open the feeding baffle after the host holding time is up, turn on the host and adjust it to about 10 revolutions.
13. After the heat preservation time of the co-extruder is up, open the feeder baffle, turn on the co-extruder, and adjust it to about 20HZ.
14. Check the discharge condition of the main machine and whether the plasticization is good. The wall thickness of the water pipe can be adjusted according to the deviation of the discharge.
15. Preheat the traction tube and turn on the vacuum setting water pump and vacuum pump at the same time, and adjust the water flow rate of the sizing sleeve.
16. Press down the crawler on the tractor, and set the traction speed according to the speed of the main engine at the same time.
17. Bond the extruded pipe and the traction pipe, and then turn on the traction machine.
