Components of PVC pelletizing line:
A1: Conical twin-screw extruder:
Adopts high-efficiency conical twin screws, specially designed for PVC powder, to ensure uniform plasticization and high extrusion volume. Stable temperature control system can ensure high-quality pipe extrusion. For CPVC materials, the extruder adopts hollow screws, and both twin screws have oil temperature control systems.

A2: Extrusion die:
Special molds for PVC and CPVC materials to ensure extrusion pressure.

A3: Pelletizer:
With hot die face cutter. The pelletizer adopts 4P motor to ensure pelletizing speed. The pelletizing speed is controlled by the inverter

A4: Blowing system:
Two-stage blowing system. The pellets will be cooled during air conveying.

A5: Vibrator:
Used to screen out good pellets.
