The structure of Plastic ribbon mixer:
This series of models is composed of U-shaped or cylindrical barrels, racks, transmission motors, stirring knife shafts, heating/cooling devices, dehumidifying devices, and electric control boxes.
Features of Plastic ribbon mixer:
A1: The equipment is made of different types of stainless steel such as carbon steel, SUS201, SUS304, SUS316L, etc. The material contact surface is stainless steel.
A2: The inside of the barrel is polished and smooth, and the blades are stirred without dead corners, and each batch can be mixed evenly within 5-10 minutes;
A3: All stainless steel central shaft and single or double “S” shaped blades, mixing materials quickly and evenly;
A4: The discharge port has a knife type, wall-mounted type, valve, manual, automatic (pneumatic, electric) waterproof, dust-proof and no leakage;
A5: Adding liquid atomization device: It can atomize liquid materials of different viscosity, so that the mixed liquid materials are more evenly mixed (sprayed);
A6: The heating and drying type adopts a double-layer U-shaped barrel design. It uses 316 stainless steel heating tube to generate heat. The heat conduction oil is the heating medium. The heat is uniform and easy to control.
A7: The refrigeration type adopts a double-layer U-shaped barrel design, usually using tap water for continuous cooling.
A8: The motor adopts all-copper wire motor. Cycloidal pinwheel reducer, with long life and low noise; or cylindrical gear reducer, with large torque. The transmission part adopts the industrial triangle belt link, and the replacement of accessories is convenient and quick;
A9: There are also screw feeders, vacuum suction machines, conveyor belts, etc., minus the feeding platform, reducing labor intensity, saving time and labor. It is safe, fast and convenient; there are storage barrels at the back end, automatic weighing and packing system and other automation equipment.
