Features of PVC threading pipe making machine line:
A1: Raw material mixing for PVC pipe production line: It is to add PVC stabilizers, plasticizers, antioxidants and other auxiliary materials into the high-speed mixer according to the proportion and process. The materials are heated to the set process temperature through the self-friction of the materials and the machine. Then the material is reduced to 40-50ºC by the cold mixer; and added to the hopper of the extruder.
A2: Extruder part of PVC pipe production line: This machine is equipped with a quantitative feeding device, so that the extrusion volume can be matched with the feeding volume, and the product can be extruded stably. Due to the characteristics of the conical screw, the feeding section has a larger diameter, and the heat transfer area and shear speed of the material are relatively large, which is conducive to the plasticization of the material. The small diameter of the screw in the metering section reduces the heat transfer area and the melt. The shear speed enables the melt to be extruded at a lower temperature. When the screw rotates in the barrel, it plasticizes the PVC mixture and pushes it to the machine head, so as to achieve compaction, melting, mixing and homogenization; and to achieve the purpose of exhaust and dehydration. The feeding device and the screw drive device adopt frequency conversion speed regulation, which can realize synchronous speed regulation
A3: The extrusion die head part of the PVC pipe production line: the PVC is compacted, melted, mixed and homogenized, and the subsequent materials are pushed to the die by the screw. The extrusion die is a key part of the pipe forming.
A4: The vacuum shaping water tank of the PVC pipe production line is a mold with double cavities, which is used for shaping and cooling the pipes. The vacuum shaping water tank is equipped with a vacuum system for shaping and cooling and a water circulation system. The stainless steel box body, circulating water spray cooling, vacuum shaping The water tank is equipped with front and rear moving devices and manual devices for adjusting left and right and height.
A5: The tractor of the Plastic Pipe Extrusion line is used to continuously and automatically lead the cooled and hardened pipe from the machine head, with frequency conversion and speed regulation.
A6: PVC pipe production line cutting machine: After the stroke switch is controlled according to the required length, it will automatically cut, and delay the turning frame, and implement flow production. The cutting machine uses the fixed-length switch signal as a command to complete the entire cutting process. During the cutting process It is synchronized with the operation of the pipe. The cutting process is completed by electric and pneumatic drive. The cutting machine is equipped with a dust suction device to suck out the cutting debris in time and recover it.
