A1: The lid and the three-/laboratory mixerway device are all made of ZL102 aluminum castings, the lid is double-layered silica gel sealing ring, and the lid is opened pneumatically; the top of the lid is equipped with a dust filter; it realizes the function of dust filtration and ventilation, no dust flying, no material waste
A2: The pot body is made of integral stainless steel casting, and the joints are designed with circular arcs. There is no material storage and no stirring corners.
A3: Different types of blades (blade/turbine blades) or side slurry can be selected according to the characteristics of different materials. The blades are refined through dynamic and static balance tests to achieve the desired mixing effect.
A4: The unloading can adopt automatic pneumatic control of temperature/time or manual control.
A5: The electrical control can use the famous brand Chint, Siemens, Schneider and other electrical components (optional).
A6: Optional frequency conversion speed control device or heating system.
